Manual import steps (Telegram)

  1. Export your Telegram chat history (txt/json).
  2. Keep only relevant lines (message/event/item + date), remove anything you do not want analyzed.
  3. Use the Telegram card in step 2 and upload the file directly.
  4. After connect, verify counts in /profile and /api/twin/me.
